Cllr. Hannah Gray

Councillor for West Wickham ward

Hannah Gray has been proud to represent West Wickham as a ward councillor since 2014.  She grew up in East Sussex and moved to South London over 20 years ago whilst study Singing at Trinity College of Music ultimately becoming a professional Opera Singing and TV presenter. She relocated to Beckenham from Dulwich over 10 years ago with her two boys, now young men. Hannah feels passionately about giving something back to the community; particularly protecting the environment along with supporting the young and the elderly within our community.

As a Councillor. she has spent time on the Care Services PDS committee, is currently on Public Protection and Safety as well as the Fostering/Adoption Panel.

Hannah has been Chairman of local school PTAs, was a Governor of a Bromley Primary School and was Deputy Mayor 2016-2017. She is also well known in the local business networking community and promotes Buy Local and has also been the Executive Assistant to the portfolio holder for Renewal and Recreation.

Councillors Welcome Return of Charing Cross Services on Hayes Line

Conservative councillors in Hayes & Coney Hall, West Wickham and Kelsey & Eden Park wards have welcomed news from Southeastern Railways that the off-peak services to Charing Cross will be resuming from September.

Plans for new Library and homes in West Wickham

Tuesday, 27 July, 2021

Bromley Council is proposing to build a new library incorporating part of the existing building in the new design. 26 new homes will be built on the Station Road car park behind the library. A temporary library will be opened whilst construction is underway. An exhibition of the proposed development is on display in the Library until Saturday July 31st.
